Aristocrat Leisure appoints Anne Tucker as chief legal officer

Aristocrat Leisure, an Australian gambling machine manufacturer, has appointed Anne Tucker as following the retirement of Chris Hill. This appointment, effective immediately, reflects the company’s commitment to cultivating leadership talent from within. Tucker, who previously held the position of Deputy Chief Legal Officer, brings over two decades of experience in legal and governance roles to Aristocrat’s executive team.

Change in Aristocrat’s leadership strategy

Since joining Aristocrat in 2021, Tucker has spearheaded strategic projects and has played a key role in mergers and acquisitions. Her legal acumen and deep understanding of the gaming industry have made her a trusted leader within the company.

In her expanded role, Tucker will continue her duties as Group Company Secretary while reporting directly to Aristocrat’s CEO and Managing Director, Trevor Croker. Tucker will also transition from Sydney, Australia, to Las Vegas, Nevada, marking her relocation to the heart of the company’s operations in the US.
