Glitnor Group acquires Malta-based iGaming affiliate KaFe Rocks Ltd

Glitnor Group has purchased KaFe Rocks Ltd, a Malta-based iGaming subsidiary, for a confidential sum that hasn’t been disclosed. Glitnor’s expansion into the lead generation market will be aided by this acquisition, contributing to the company’s long-term growth. This acquisition will see Feda Mecan, co-founder of KaFe Rocks, joining the Glitnor board of directors, and Simon Pilkington, CEO of KaFe Rocks, joining the senior management team. The current management structure of KaFe Rocks will be maintained.
