Rank’s largest division, Grosvenor Casinos, announced Chris Edgington as their new CMO. Moving on from his role as Chief Customer Officer for ATG Entertainment, Edgington arrives at a crucial time for Grosvenor Casinos.

With an impressive net gaming revenue (NGR) growth of 9 percent, at a statutory level, operating profit improved from a loss of £35.4 million in 2022-23 to £16.5 million profit in 2023-24. Edgington’s skill and insights will boost Grosvenor’s ambitious plans.

Having held positions at Ladbrokes, William Hill, and as the VP of Marketing at P&O Cruises, Edgington brought industry experience that has enabled him to cultivate a customer-centric approach and a comprehensive understanding of strategies, bolstered by a strong track record of financial success.

The appointment of Mark Harper as Managing Director in August 2023 underpins bold plans to deliver fresh ideas and increase customer loyalty.
