TOTOIT acquisition to develop front-end solutions for EveryMatrix

Malta based iGaming platform provider EveryMatrix acquired TOTOIT, a Thailand-based development company, in bid to expand the company’s front-end division.  

Long-time partners, EveryMatrix and TOTOIT, have embraced the next step in their relationship by integrating the TOTOIT within the companies’ structure.  

EveryMatrix, who delivers a modular and API driven product suite including but not limited to casino and sports betting, noted that TOTOIT will assist the company’s top clients in website development.  

“We have successfully collaborated with TOTOIT for several years now, and we are happy to welcome their experienced staff into our organisation,”  EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes shares. 

The Thailand based company, with 20 employees with extensive knowledge in the world of technology, focus on front-end solutions, custom programming, bespoke websites and both the intranet and extranet, all using the latest technologies.  

Ebbe Groes, Group CEO of EveryMatrix, commented don the announcement stating:  

This acquisition will give us the opportunity to offer even better services, in particular for Tier-1 clients for which we want the bandwidth to do fully bespoke solutions. As such, adding a team of 20 experienced developers in one go is a huge step in this direction
